Enquiries and bookings
Names, contact details and stay information are used to answer enquiries and manage bookings (pre-contractual steps and contract). Fields marked * are needed to respond through the form. Statutory duties are based on legal obligations. No advertising use.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted manually when the enquiry closes. Only essential evidence of agreements and payments is kept for 10 years after the stay ends to protect contractual rights (legitimate interest), subject to specific legal obligations or disputes.
Cookies and statistics
Google Analytics measures visits and contact actions only with consent; it does not receive form contents. Consent can be refused or withdrawn through “Privacy preferences”, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Your rights
